Tokio style Japanese Ramen Hajime

Legendary Ramen Master, Hajime Kitayama, who sold 948 bowls of Ramen a day.
His quest in the culinary world began when he was in elementary school, and when he was in college, he had already made noodles himself. After traveling around the world and mastering traditional sushi dishes, he began training to master authentic ramen making methods 13 years ago and became a co-owner of a ramen shop in San Diego, becoming so popular that he sold up to 948 bowls of ramen a day. And now, a new story “Japanese Ramen Shop Hajime” is about to begin.

“Hajime” is his name, which, in Japanese, means the beginning, growth, and development of order and things, and the best. He opened a ramen shop in the USA because he wanted to become a bridge between Japan, the US and other various cultures. Not only just filling stomachs but also satisfying hearts, he wants to contribute to making the world a better place by bringing people together to eat, laugh and spend time together.

Desde Peru con Amor... Camu Camu

Should you drink green juice on an empty stomach?

Let's be honest, a juice at anytime of the day is better than no juice at all. But the best time of day to have your juice is in the morning, on an empty stomach.  So, to make sure we hold onto those healthy nutrients from our daily juice, make sure to drink your green juice at least 1 hour before your coffee.

Which juice is best for breakfast?
Naturally, you can use fruits such as blueberries and blackberries, and greens such as wheatgrass, but they are harder to find and more expensive. I use pears and apples mix with veggies. Some examples:
  1. Spinach, Carrot and Apple
  2. Celery, Sweet Lime and Spinach
  3. Kale and Celery
  4. Beetroot and Kiwi
  5. Tomato and Orange
  6. Cabbage, Cucumber and Mango.

Is it OK to drink a green smoothie every day

Green smoothies are a great way to get my daily recommended serving of fruits and veggies. I have difficulty eating enough throughout the day, but can easily consume them as a drink. ... A green smoothie is definitely nutritious, but a diet consisting of only green smoothies (or any single food) isn't healthful. I invite you to try it. =)

Cardio, a healthy option for your heart.

What is a cardio work out?
Cardio exercise is any exercise that raises your heart rate. Face it our bodies were made to move. And we all know that to keep our muscles in shape we need move them. This movement makes them stronger and stronger muscles make for a more efficient and healthy body.
My favorite way to cardio Is cycling
You'll burn about 400 calories an hour. Plus it strengthens your lower body, including your legs, hips, and glutes. ... It's more of a total-body workout than biking on the road, which is mostly a lower-body cardio workout. Plan to get on your bike and ride for 30-60 minutes, 3-5 days a week.
Is always nice to be outside in contact with nature, so i choose to workout with my nephew in his backyard. Try it, it work =)
