What is a cardio work out? Cardio exercise is any exercise that raises your heart rate. Face it our bodies were made to move. And we all know that to keep our muscles in shape we need move them. This movement makes them stronger and stronger muscles make for a more efficient and healthy body. My favorite way to cardio Is cycling You'll burn about 400 calories an hour. Plus it strengthens your lower body, including your legs, hips, and glutes. ... It's more of a total-body workout than biking on the road, which is mostly a lower-body cardio workout. Plan to get on your bike and ride for 30-60 minutes, 3-5 days a week. Is always nice to be outside in contact with nature, so i choose to workout with my nephew in his backyard. Try it, it work =)
