Paellas on the beach of Formentera, omelette on the Ramblas in Barcelona, calamari sandwiches in Madrid. At the end of the summer I took a train to Italy and Switzerland. Tasty pasta with Parma cheese, mountain flavors and the best fondue I've ever had. So comfortable that I stayed to live in the old continent for 16 years, I had time to get to know it quite well and I obtained European citizenship. I was lucky to visit almost all European countries and taste unknown dishes. Years later I started traveling around Asia. First stop: Thailand, with exotic and new flavors for my palate. Next stop: Indonesia, Bali is a magical island. The following year, South India, Kerala with its cardamom-scented carcasses. The adventure continues when I move to California and learn to cook, big step. =) Now I can make my own jambalaya, butter chicken, pulled pork, and all kinds of delicious dishes.
